This unique river system offers a stunning array of opportunities including dozens of large and small tributaries to explore. Or stay in the main river for more incredible scenery including beautiful sandbars and over 300 species of birds! The Pascagoula River starts as hundreds of smaller rivers, creeks, lakes, and finally bayous ending in the Gulf of Mexico. The river is the barrier between the City of Pascougula and The City of Gautier where it separates and becomes the West and the East Pascagoula River.
